By default, we deliver within US.
If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us in advance by email at support@esalmes.com so we can review the shipping options individually.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery within US usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
For custom-made or personalized products, delivery may take longer – please refer to the respective product page for details.
Note: Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Providers
We ship your order with reliable logistics partners such as DHL, Hermes, or DPD.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link (if available).
4. Shipment Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to view the current delivery status at any time.
5. Local Pickup
Local pickup is currently not available, as we ship exclusively via delivery service providers.
6. Transport Damage
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
If the goods are visibly damaged, please have this confirmed in writing by the delivery driver and contact us immediately at support@esalmes.com.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
