We deliver within US by default.
If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us in advance by email at support@esalmes.com so we can review the available shipping options individually.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery within US usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
For custom-made or personalized products, delivery may take longer — please refer to the respective product page for further details.
Note: Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Providers
We work with reliable logistics partners such as DHL, Hermes, and DPD.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link (if available).
4. Shipment Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking link that allows you to check the delivery status at any time.
5. Local Pickup
Local pickup is currently not available, as we ship exclusively via delivery service providers.
6. Transport Damage
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
If the goods are visibly damaged, please have this confirmed in writing by the delivery driver and contact us immediately at support@esalmes.com.
